Atomic Capital Minerals (“ACM”) is a Houston-based investment firm that purchases oil and gas mineral interests directly from landowners across the US. ACM is currently seeking applications for an in-house mineral buyer. The position involves contacting owners of oil and gas minerals around the country to solicit and negotiate the purchase of mineral interests.

Primary Duties:
• Call mineral owners across the US to offer to purchase oil and gas mineral rights
• Maintain and update firm’s in-house database of mineral owners with notes from daily correspondence
• Perform research to identify, locate, and contact (via phone and mail) specified mineral owners within the ACM database


Skills needed:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable spending several hours per day talking to strangers on the phone
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with mineral owners
• Highly motivated, goal driven individuals
• Experience in phone sales (inside sales) is highly preferred
• PREVIOUS OIL AND GAS EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED


Compensation:
• Base salary plus commission
• Group health and dental plan
