Description
Purple Land Management is currently seeking a Crew Chief/Project Land Manager in Midland, TX! Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years Permian experience required. Must be local to the Midland, TX area and available to start immediately.
Primary Job Functions:
Managing client accounts with a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Developing strategies to successfully accomplish client objectives (hit deadlines, acquire acreage, negotiate leases or other contractual agreements at or below market rate, etc.).
Report weekly production output and overall project progress for assigned projects to District Land Manager.
Manage and oversee Landmen, Associate Landmen, and Land Tech Administrators.
Identify potential business leads for Purple Land Management and formulate a strategy for acquiring new business with Land Managers.
Review PLM invoices prior to submission to the client.
Monitor production quality and output quantity.
Identify staffing needs for projects; make staffing requests to Human Resources and interview/hire prospective personnel as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management and determined by business needs.
