Records Management Analyst
LOCATION: Orange, California
POSITION: Employment or Contract Opportunity Focusing on Pipeline Rights-of-Way and Records Management
General Description:
The position will handle files, record searches, land rights and prior rights analytics, make payments from our system to multiple vendors/recipients, and begin the long process of updating our records from the current old software (laser fiche) into our standardized road map database. Must be knowledgeable of all right of way related documents, including, but not limited to, title documents, right-of-way agreements, leases, franchise agreements, and damage releases etc.; must be experienced in the update process and maintenance of all forms, claims, documents, correspondence, files, records, databases, project tasks, status reports and/or other required reports required by company; must have solid communication skills; and, must be very proficient with personal computers, printers, and scanners and software including word/data processing, imaging, internet access and certain specialty applications associated with project specific requirements.
Area of Responsibility:
Communicates with management and provides updated information as required. Researches, coordinates, and finalizes complex assignments. Manages and makes adjustments to databases as deemed appropriate. Performs all general description tasks with a high level of professionalism. Must be able to keep and maintain orderly documentation and pipeline asset records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other database systems for the purpose of document/file management.
Salary/Pay Range:
Actual pay rate will be based on candidate qualifications & experience.
