Job Summary:
This position requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience with Oil and Gas (or other similar utility) Right of Way acquisition and negotiation, and the ability to perform with very little or no direct supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with landowners, as well as municipal, county and State officials and agencies.
Represents Arrow Land Group to our clients in a professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient manner.
Negotiate terms, and when applicable, create redlines for agreements, including surface use agreements, road access, pipeline rights of way, and easements.
Settle surface damages and ensure landowners are paid timely and accordingly.
Thorough understanding of surface use agreements, easements, pipeline ROW, surface titles, condemnation, and other laws and/or regulations related to Right of Way operations.
Established experience working with government agencies in areas concerning road crossings, railroad crossings (and encroachments), and various types of waterway crossings.
Ability to read, understand, and review survey drawings including Alignments, Plats, Easements, and Temporary Workspace.
Adherence to Arrow Land Group style standards.
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Right of Way industry, specifically with pipelines and utilities.
Current TREC License and Notary Required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and PDF Design Software.
Must provide your own equipment including PC and associated software.
Must already have in place or be willing to obtain General Liability insurance as a condition of the ALG Contract Agreement.
