I was recently employed by Universal Field Services in NE for Keystone. I worked with them for a couple of months. I have been let go, along with some others when TransCanada let Universal go. I have attached my resume and appraiser's qualifications page for your review. I have in excess of 7 years in various ROW functions including the negotiation of 200+ telecom sites with FMHC, gas pipline, sidewalk, power, telco, cable, road widenings, and appraisal function for eminent domain / condemnation and also, title work. I have performed appraisals for ROW and eminent domain functions, so I understand negotiations from this aspect as well. I have extensive experience and knowledge of real estate, ROW negotiations, and eminent domain functions. I am interested in the position(s) advertised on the IRWA website and any other positions you may have available with similar skill set requirements. Currently, I am licensed as a certified general real estate appraiser in two states and a real estate broker in Florida. In the past I have held a Michigan sales person license, and level 1 assessor's license. Some of the education hours for appraisal that I have accrued have been through the IRWA and others through the Appraisal Institute. The last two ROW positions I held were short, two+/- month stints with Percheron and also Universal. Both of which were short lived projects and little more than title and property owner contact with some minor informative function for the land owners. These both resulted in the contractor either letting the employees go, or the contractor was let go. In any regard, I am in search of new ROW work which will exceed 90 days or permanent. Due to my experience and work ethic I am not a "warm body". I am a real estate professional and have valuable experience and talents after both running my own appraisal shop, and performing ROW appraisals, and ROW acquisition.
