Experience
I have a very well rounded range of skills from area check, lease negotiation and acquisition, mineral title abstracting, drill site title, lease take off, lease check, due diligence and curative. The largest project worked was as the lead field landman on 1,700 acre lease buy which began with an area check and completed with a detailed run-sheet/full abstract working with, State and local municipality interests, major land owners and 2 sub-divisions creating over-lay maps and I enjoy the challenge.

I am 55 years old with well rounded skill set for the Petroleum Industry. If you have your hearts set on a college grad I am not. However if you read my resume you will see my experiance has not been hampered.
