I have worked 5 years successfully in the energy industry, beginning with leasing in Oklahoma and soon moving to title and curative work in Kansas where I leased over 6,000 acres. I became proficient in using online databases while working in North Dakota (finding open acreage where others could not). In Pennsylvania I completed multiple certified and due diligence title reports giving me experience running title, preparing ownerships, and utilizing software programs such as Metes and Bounds and Excel; later becoming proficient in Deed Plotter. From August thru December 2012, I worked in Michigan running due diligence title. From 2013 to the present, I have been working in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Wyoming, Kentucky and Nebraska. I am skilled in cursory, full, and certified title; run sheets, due diligence, lease checking, curative and lease negotiations. While I seek to broaden my experience in the energy industry, my first responsibility and primary goal would be to make your company even more successful.
