-----Experience in many different facets of the ‘Petroleum Landman’: • Examining chain of command instruments to create all kinds of ownership reports (MOR, Lease Checks, Mapping LC’s, Surface Title, ROW) • HBP title examination • Lease acquisition • ROW acquisition • Reviewing reports created by new, or in-training Landmen • Training new Landmen to run mineral ownership title • Experience in curative • Experience with Due Diligence • Experience as the lead or crew chief for the title aspect of a prospect/project • Have been in charge of and successfully maintained title management reports for entire counties • Have worked in several counties in the following states: Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming
