Senior Petroleum Landman-14 Years of experience,I have been a Petroleum Landman for 14 years and worked all over Texas and Southeastern New Mexico. I am currently working on a leasing project that will dry up soon and will be seeking contract work in the next week. Learning by my own mistakes in the past I now stay away from brokers that I do not know anything about or have a reputation for shady dealings, therefore I am very particular about who I will work with. Knowing almost every facet of contract landwork and curing tremendously difficult title through the years has allowed me to manage a large amount of projects with other brokers as a crew chief for Leasehold, Open Minerals and Right of Way services. In this time I trained over 30 Landman who now are successful in this field.
