Hired third parties to identify tracks, assessed financial returns/expenses, circulated plats of lease acquisition areas to ex-ecutive stakeholders, adhered to budgets, partnered with engineers/geologists to analyze land data, and bid on state leases. Confirmed Land Titles/Availability for Leasing to Protect the Net Revenue Interest of the Company prior to beginning drilling operations. Worked with abstractors and title attorneys to identify surface/title owners, obtained title opinions, gained permits, identified/resolved breaks in chains, reviewed titles, and completed title curative operations while maintaining due diligence.
